COPENHAGEN, August 1st, 2022: 5th Planet Games A/S (OMX: 5PG) announces that Chairman of the Board in 5th Planet Games, Jon Goldman buys shares.
Jon Goldman has on July 29th, 2022, acquired 135,000 new shares in 5th Planet Games at an average price of NOK 1.74. The total purchasing price for the new shares’ amounts to NOK 234,751.
Following this transaction Mr. Jon Goldman direct and indirect controls 16,448,454 shares in 5th Planet Games.
