Oslo, 8 August 2022: Cathrine F. Torgersen, Executive Vice President Investor
Relations & ESG of Norwegian Energy Company ASA ("Noreco" or the "Company"), has
today acquired 1,500 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 334.692 per share.
Following the transaction, Cathrine F. Torgersen holds a total of 2,200 shares
in the Company in addition to 14,000 options, each option giving the right to
acquire or subscribe for one share in the Company upon exercise.

Regulation article 19.
