Reference is made to the company's previous stock exchange announcement on 10 August 2022 regarding the company's sale of own shares in connection with the share purchase program for employees.
Kristian Osnes, Managing Director of HAV Hydrogen AS and primary insider of HAV Group ASA, has on 10 August 2022 received 724 shares at a price of NOK 13,82 per share (closing price on 9 August 2022). In line with the share purchase program, a discount of 15% has also been given.
After receipt of the shares, Kristian Osnes holds 724 shares in HAV Group ASA.
