Kahoot! ASA – Mandatory notification of trade by primary insiders

Oslo, 12 August 2022 The Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") has today resolved to grant restricted stock units ("RSUs") and share options to certain primary insiders of the Company and its subsidiaries. The following primary insiders were granted RSUs and options: Eilert Hanoa (CEO): 250,000 RSUs and 250,000 options. Following this grant, Eilert Hanoa holds 250,000 RSUs and 1,000,000 options. In addition, he owns 41,208,910 shares in the Company through Glitrafjord AS, a company wholly owned by Eilert Hanoa through AS Real-Forvaltning. Ken Østreng (CFO): 125,000 RSUs and 125,000 options. Following this grant, Ken Østreng holds 125,000 RSUs and 725,000 options. In addition, he owns 45,000 shares in the Company. Lars Erik Grønntun (COO/CMO): 125,000 RSUs and 125,000 options. Following this grant, Lars Erik Grønntun holds 125,000 RSUs and 875,000 options. In addition, he owns 1,119,960 shares in the Company through Eikum AS, a company wholly owned by Lars Erik Grønntun. Åsmund Furuseth (CPO): 125,000 RSUs and 125,000 options. Following this grant, Åsmund Furuseth holds 125,000 RSUs and 225,000 options. In addition, he owns 7,606,000 shares in the Company through Newbrott AS, a company wholly owned by Åsmund Furuseth. Mads Rebsdorf (CRO): 125,000 RSUs and 125,000 options. Following this grant, Mads Rebsdorf holds 125,000 RSUs and 525,000 options. In addition, he owns 100,000 shares in the Company through MREB Invest AS, a company wholly owned by Mads Rebsdorf. Jostein Håvaldsrud (CTO): 125,000 RSUs and 125,000 options. Following this grant, Jostein Håvaldsrud holds 125,000 RSUs and 625,000 options. In addition, he owns 420,097 shares in the Company through JEMS Holding AS and personally. Julie Wessel (VP Corporate Development): 75,000 RSUs and 75,000 options. Following this grant, Julie Wessel holds 75,000 RSUs, 195,000 options and 30,000 shares in the Company. Alexander Remen (Director of product and employee representative at the Board): 75,000 RSUs and 75,000 options. Following this grant, Alexander Remen holds 75,000 RSUs and 330,000 options in the Company. Sarah Blystad (Localization Director and employee representative at the Board): 45,000 RSUs and 45,000 options. Following this grant, Sarah Blystad holds 45,000 RSUs and 117,000 options in the Company. Jonas Forslund (Director Investor Relation): 30,000 RSUs and 30,000 options. Following this grant, Jonas Forslund holds 30,000 RSUs and 30,000 options in the Company. Patrik Jandusik (IT administrator and deputy employee representative at the Board): 5,000 RSUs and 5,000 options. Following this grant, Patrik Jandusik holds 5,000 RSUs and 11,050 options in the Company. The price for the shares underlying the RSUs is NOK 0.1 (nominal value for a share), while the strike price for the options is NOK 22, based on the last thirty trading days prior to today.
