Collector Bank AB: mandatory notification of trade An intra-group merger between Collector Bank AB (the "Company")(XSTO: COLL) and Collector AB (publ) with the Company as the surviving entity, was completed on 15 August 2022. In connection with the merger, the shares of the Company have been listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and the shares of Collector AB (publ) have been de-listed.
