A total of 5 participants in the Company's share option program have on August 26[th] 2022 exercised a total of 2 100 options at a strike price of NOK 50.80. A total of 5 participants in the Company's share option program have on August 26[th] 2022 exercised a total of 2 125 options at a strike price of NOK 55.11. Following the exercise, the employees will purchase 4 225 shares. 1 000 options have been exercised by primary insiders. The following primary insider has been exercised options: Øivind Larsen has exercised 500 options and bought 500 shares at NOK 50.80 per share. Anne Thorbjørnsen has exercised 500 options and bought 500 shares at NOK 55.11 per share. Shares acquired through the program have a sales restriction on one year after exercise date.
