August 30, 2022 - Kjetel Digre, chief executive officer of Aker Solutions ASA, and Idar Eikrem, chief financial officer of Aker Solutions ASA, today acquired shares in Aker Solutions on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Digre acquired 10,000 shares at a price of NOK 37.72 per share. Following the transaction, Digre holds a total of 91,383 shares in Aker Solutions. Eikrem, through his wholly owned investment company, Omara Holding AS, acquired 10,000 shares at a price of NOK 37.92 per share.
