Hope for More AS, a close associate of the chairman of the board of directors, James Haft, has agreed to pledge 3,500,000 shares in DLTx AS as security for any amounts which may become due under an amended loan agreement between Hope for More AS and Easy2Connect AS (a company controlled by CEO Thomas Christensen).
