Averøy, Norway, 5 September 2022 Mats Henden, which is closely associated with Edvard Henden, CEO and primary insider of Nordic Halibut AS, has on 2 September 2022 purchased 2 908 shares in the company for a nominal amount of NOK 65 724 at an average price of NOK 22,60 per share.
