Following the transaction, Rising Group AS will own 9,890,981 shares in Recreate ASA.
Skarven Industrier AS, a close associate of Eirik Engaas, CFO and primary insider of Recreate ASA, has today sold 71,429 shares at NOK 27.00 per share.
Following the transaction, Skarven Industrier AS will own 28,571 shares in Recreate ASA.
