Averøy, Norway, 21 September 2022 Mats Vågen Henden, which is closely associated with Edvard Henden, CEO and primary insider of Nordic Halibut AS, has on 20 September 2022 purchased 850 shares in the company for a nominal amount of NOK 18 190 at an average price of NOK 21,40 per share.
