Oslo, Norway, 03 November 2022: The following primary insiders and close associates of primary insiders have today purchased shares in Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA ("Company"): · Lenco AS, a company closely related to the Chief Executive Officer Anders Lenborg, acquired 40,000 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 13.0117 and will, following the transaction hold 1,363,546 shares in the Company. Anders Lenborg also holds 3,395,000 warrants. · Lotmar Invest AS, a company closely related to the Chief Operating Officer Jon Gunnar Solli, acquired 10,000 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 13.0117 and will, following the transaction hold  613,723 shares in the Company. Jon Gunnar Solli also holds 1,150,000 warrants. · Chief Compliance and Organization Officer Ingrid Bjørdal acquired 40,000 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 13.0117 and will, following the transaction hold 40,000 shares in the Company. · Chief Technology Officer Stig J. Østebrøt acquired 25,000 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 13.0117 and will, following the transaction hold 25,000 shares in the Company. · Chief Commercial Officer Andreas Thon Aashiem (not a primary insider) acquired 10,000 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 12.82 and will, following the transaction hold 10,000 shares in the Company. Andreas Aasheim also holds 200,000 warrants.
