Reference is made to the stock exchange notice on 10 November 2022 regarding a successful private placement (the "Private Placement") of shares in Norsk Titanium AS ("Norsk Titanium"). The following close associates to primary insiders in Norsk Titanium, have purchased shares in Norsk Titanium in connection with the Private Placement: - Scatec Innovation AS, that is a legal person closely associated with John Andersen Jr., who is the chairman of the board of directors of Norsk Titanium, has acquired 8,882,709 shares in the Private Placement. - Norsk Titanium Cayman Ltd., that is a legal person closely associated with Bart van Aalst, who is a board member of Norsk Titanium, has acquired 13,517,166 shares in Norsk Titanium. - Disruptive Innovation Fund, L.P., that is a legal person closely associated with Steve D. Geskos, who is a board member of Norsk Titanium, has acquired 772,409 shares in Norsk Titanium.
