Oslo, November 11th 2022: This notification is issued to satisfy applicable disclosure requirements.
Glitrafjord AS has today pledged 20 million additional shares in Kahoot! ASA as security for a MNOK 200 facility for investments in Kahoot! ASA and other technology companies in Glitrafjord AS' investment portfolio. Glitrafjord AS is controlled by Eilert Hanoa, CEO of Kahoot! ASA.
Following these transactions Eilert Hanoa owns 41,283,910 shares in Kahoot! ASA through Glitrafjord AS. In addition, he holds 925,000 options and 250,000 RSUs in Kahoot! ASA.
