Schibsted ASA (SCHA/SCHB) - Mandatory disclosure of trades: Employee Share Saving Plan

15.11.2022 14:35:51 CET | Schibsted | Mandatory notification of trade primary insiders As part of the Employee Share Saving Plan, primary insiders in Schibsted ASA have on 15 November 2022 purchased 742 treasury B-shares at a price of NOK 154.30 per B-share (the price is set according to standard procedure for the programme during a two day period subsequent to the release of Schibsted's Q3 2022 results, the closing price on 31 October 2022). The transaction is related to the third enrollment window in the Employee Share Saving Plan for 2022 which closed in June 2022, and based on savings made during July, August and September 2022. In addition, primary insiders in Schibsted ASA received 265 treasury B-shares on 15 November 2022. The transaction is related to bonus matching shares given to employees who enrolled in the Employee Share Saving Plan for 2020.
