Oslo, Norway – 21 November 2022 – Philipp Morgenthaler, Head of production of Circa Group AS (the “Company”) and a primary insider of the Company has today, 21 November 2022, purchased 10 000 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 6.5985 per share. Following this transaction, Philipp Morgenthaler owns 60 000 shares in the Company. Please refer to the attached notification of trading for further details.
