Bjørn Matre, represented at TOMRA System ASA's board of directors, has today
sold 7,900 shares in TOMRA Systems ASA at a price of NOK 190.17 per share
through his wholly owned company Lille Oslo Eiendom AS. After the acquisition
Bjørn Matre holds 5,192 shares in TOMRA Systems ASA.
Bjørn Matre has previously purchased 2,860 shares in TOMRA Systems ASA on 3 May
2022, at a price of NOK 354.85 per share through his wholly owned company Lille
Oslo Eiendom AS. As a result of a misunderstanding, the notification of the
