Trondheim, 25 November 2022: AR-Invest AS, a company wholly owned by Asle Rønning, Chairman of the Board in Ice Fish Farm AS (the "Company"), has today bought 1,500 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 26.0487 per share.
Following the transaction, AR-Invest AS holds a total of 34,089 shares in the Company. Asle Rønning holds no other shares in the Company, directly or indirectly.
