Company announcement No. 118 On December 8, 2022, Mile High Invest AS, a company closely associated to PDMR Cato Holmsen, acquired 915,562 ECIT-shares in connection with a demerger of a family-owned company. Mile High Invest AS owned 2,188,800 prior to the transaction. After the transaction, Cato Holmsen`s total number of shares, including the shares owned by persons closely associated to him, is 3,104,362.
