Statt Torsk ASA (the "Company") has today received trade notifications from the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") in connection with share subscriptions in the private placement announces earlier today (the “Private Placement”):
(*) Orinoco AS, a company controlled by the chairman of the Board, Nicolas Brun-Lie, has subscribed for 8,156,559 shares, following registration of the capital increase Orinoco AS will hold 50,556,559 in the Company. Orinoco AS has further entered into a share lending agreement to make available for settlement purposes 8,902,720 shares in connection with the Private Placement.
(*) TD Veen AS, a company associated with member of the Board, Øyvind Schanke, has subscribed for 5 764 250 shares, following registration of the capital increase TD Veen AS will hold 24,789,250 in the Company.
(*) Medvode AS, a company controlled by CEO, Gustave Brun-Lie, has subscribed for 588 235 shares, following registration of the capital increase Medvode AS will hold 16,268,235 in the Company.
(*) Bjug Borgund AS, a company controlled by CFO, Bjug Borgund, has subscribed for 117 647 shares, following registration of the capital increase Bjug Borgund AS will hold 6,267,647 in the Company.
