Akastor ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Luis Araujo, director on the board of Akastor ASA (OSE: AKAST), has today sold 25,757 shares at an average price of NOK 8.80 per share. The sale is associated with Mr. Araujo moving from Norway to Portugal. Following the transaction, Mr. Araujo no longer owns any shares in Akastor. The shares were sold on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
