Following the purchase, PAACS Invest AS holds 2,691,509 shares in Exact-Tx AS - Anders Wold, Chairman of the Board, has purchased 2,500 shares at NOK 12 per share. Following the purchase, Wold holds 4,914 shares in Exact-Tx AS - Per Walday, Chief Executive Officer, has purchased 2,500 shares at NOK 12 per share. Following the purchase, Walday holds 2,500 shares in Exact-Tx AS and rights to 610,643 shares. - Amir Snapir, Chief Medical Officer, has purchased 2,500 shares at NOK 12 per share.
