On 30 January 2023, Obos BBL (“Obos”), a close associate of primary insider and Otovo board member Ingunn Randa Andersen, bought 150,000 shares in Otovo at an average price of NOK 17.4313. After the transaction, Obos holds 5,812,594 shares corresponding to 3.91 percent of the outstanding shares in Otovo.
The PDMR form of the transaction is attached to this message, together with the PDMR forms from the transactions announced today at 16.37 CET.
