Mandatory notification of trade

On February 9, primary insiders in Atea ASA ("the Company") completed the following share transactions in the Company. Robert Giori sold 8,000 shares and entered into a contract to acquire 8,200 shares. Robert Giori sold 8,000 shares at an average price of 118.37.  On the same day, he entered an agreement with Atea to convert stock options into the right to receive shares in the Company of an equivalent value. 81,430 stock options with a strike price of 96.25 were converted into the right to receive 15,590 Atea shares, based on the volume weighted average price of NOK 119.04 for the Atea share on February 9. Robert Giori exercised the right to receive shares. Following withholding of income taxes, he will receive 8,200 shares in Atea ASA. After the transactions, Robert Giori owns 122,787 shares in the Company through his holding company Four Leaf Clover AS and holds 368,570 options. In addition, close associates of Robert Giori own 4,000 shares in the Company. Atea ASA will transfer 8,200 of its own shares to fulfill the Company's obligations under the transaction described above. Following the completion of this transaction, the Company holds 1,778,498 of its own shares.
