Oslo, Norway, 14 February 2023: The following primary insider has today
purchased shares in Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA ("Company"):
· Board Member Henrik Joelsson has today acquired 40,000 shares in the Company
at an average price of NOK 12.34 per share and will, following the transaction
hold 40,000 shares in the Company.
Cloudberry refers to the attached notifications for persons discharging
managerial responsibilities in the company in accordance with Regulation EU
596/2014 (MAR) article 19.
