Oslo, Norway, 15 February 2023: The following primary insider has today
purchased shares in Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA ("Company"):
· Jeshol AS, a company closely related to the board member Benedicte Fossum,
acquired 40,000 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 12.406 and
will, following the transaction hold 40 000 shares in the Company. In addition,
Benedicte Fossum holds, through the company Mittas AS, 100 103 shares in the
Company, and in aggregate the parties hold together 140 103 shares in the
Company.
Cloudberry refers to the attached notifications for persons discharging
managerial responsibilities in the company in accordance with Regulation EU
596/2014 (MAR) article 19.
