Oslo, Norway, 20 February 2023: The following primary insiders has today
purchased shares in Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA ("Company"):
· Lenco AS, a company closely related to the Chief Executive Officer Anders
Lenborg, acquired 20,000 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK
11.6045 and will, following the transaction hold 1,383,546 shares in the
Company. Anders Lenborg also holds 3,395,000 warrants.
· Lotmar Invest AS, a company closely related to the Chief Operating Officer
Jon Gunnar Solli, acquired 4,200 shares in the Company at an average price of
NOK 11.480 and will, following the transaction hold 617,923 shares in the
Company. Jon Gunnar Solli also holds 1,150,000 warrants.
· Chief Compliance and Organization Officer Ingrid Bjørdal acquired 20,000
shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 11.5322 and will, following the
transaction hold 60,000 shares in the Company.
Cloudberry refers to the attached notifications for persons discharging
managerial responsibilities in the company in accordance with Regulation EU
596/2014 (MAR) article 19.
