Transfer of ownership by primary insider

(OSLO, Norway) — Bente Liberg, Chief Human Resources Officer and primary insider of Crayon Group Holding ASA (the “Company”), has on 21 February 2023 transferred 100 000 shares from her personal account to her fully owned company Goodcharma AS. After the transactions, Bente Liberg, trough Goodcharma AS, controls 438 390 shares in Crayon Group Holding ASA. In addition Bente Liberg holds 100 000 options in Crayon Group Holding ASA.
