Stavanger, Norway, 22 February 2023: Østrem Invest AS, a close associate of Kurt Østrem, CFO of Zaptec ASA (the "Company"), has on February 21 entered into a share lending agreement pursuant to which it has granted ABG Sundal Collier ASA an option to borrow up to a number of 711,112 ordinary shares in the Company, to facilitate settlement in the contemplated private placement in the Company.
