(the “Company”), has on 28 February 2023 acquired 4,463,845 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 130 per share. Following the transaction, EPS Ventures Ltd. holds a total of 31,254,390 shares in the Company, equivalent to 58.21% of the Company’s shares.
