CEO of Zaptec ASA ("Zaptec" or the "Company") Peter Bardenfleth-Hansen has on 28 February 2023 purchased 49,990 shares in the company at an average price of NOK 25.93. Following the transaction Peter Bardenfleth-Hansen holds a total of 200,000 shares and 100,000 share options in the Company.
