Eskifjörður, 2 March 2023: Irminger Holding ehf, a company wholly owned by Jens Garðar Helgason, Deputy CEO of Ice Fish Farm AS (the "Company"), has today bought 13 205 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 27,15 per share.
Following the transaction, Irminger Holding ehf holds a total of 85 339 shares in the Company. Jens Garðar Helgason holds no other shares in the Company, directly or indirectly.
