Company announcement No. 135 On 15 March 2023, Y-not ApS, a company closely associated to PDMR Klaus Jensen, purchased 61,095 B-shares in ECIT AS at a price NOK 7.03320 per share. After the transaction Klaus Jensen`s total number of shares (all share classes), including the shares owned by persons closely associated to him, is 15,076,348 shares and 275,000 warrants.
