On 16th March 2023, due to an internal rebalancing, entities connected to primary insider Kenth Eriksson, a member of the board, re-allocated Zalaris ASA (NO0010708910) shares. Athanase Industrial Partners Fund II sold 15 912 shares at NOK 36.85 and Athanase Industrial Partners II KB bought 15 912 shares at NOK 36.85. After the transaction entities connected to Kenth Eriksson hold in aggregate 803 269 shares representing 3.63% of the shares outstanding. The entities, Athanase Industrial Partners II KB and Athanase Industrial Partners Fund II own 748 488 and 54 781 shares respectively.
