According to Sparebanken Vest's bonus scheme, primary insiders will receive previously earned Equity Certificates as part of the bonus based on results for accounting years 2019 and 2021. Equity Certificates earned based on accounting years 2019 and 2021 are transferred today.
Primary insider allocation is attached (form in Norwegian only).
The bank transfers a total of 37,256 Equity Certificates. This includes the transfer to employees that are not primary insiders. After this transaction, the bank holds a total of 70,999 Equity Certificates.
