Nordhealth AS - Primary insider notice

Helsinki, Finland 27 March 2023: Charles William MacBain, CEO and a primary insider of Nordhealth AS (the "Company"), has through his majority owned company Three Plus Group Luxembourg SA ("TPG") entered into a share exchange agreement with Hanna Alanen. TPG exchanged 51,640 class A shares for the same number of class B shares held by Hanna Alanen. Following the share exchange, Charles MacBain owns 4,904,387 class A shares and 29,794,638 class B shares in Nordhealth, through TPG and 4,185,746 class A shares directly.
