TEKNA HOLDING ASA: Notification of trade primary insider

3.4.2023 16:21:40 CEST | Tekna Holding ASA | Mandatory notification of trade primary insiders ESC Holding AS, a company 100% owned by Espen Schie, CFO in Tekna Holding ASA ("Tekna") has on 3 April bought 194,805 shares in Tekna. In accordance with the agreement with the seller, Arendals Fossekompani ASA, the shares have been purchased from the company with a 20% discount against a lock-in period of 3 years. The price is based on the weighted average price in the period 27-31 March (5.78 NOK per share) and ESC Holding AS has therefore paid NOK 4.62 per share. After the transaction, ESC Holding AS owns 194,805 shares in Tekna equal to 0,16% of the total share capital and voting rights. See the enclosed form for further information about the transaction.
