Nordic Mining ASA: Mandatory notification of trade - primary insider

Reference is made to the stock exchange notices from Nordic Mining ASA ("Nordic Mining" or the "Company") on 30 March 2023 regarding the general meeting's approval of the subsequent offering of up to 216,666,667 new shares (the "Subsequent Offering"). Kjell Roland, Chair of the Board of Nordic Mining ASA, has today 13 April 2023 subscribed for 300,000 shares in the Subsequent Offering at the subscription price of NOK 0.60 per share. Of the aggregated subscription, 296,865 were subscribed for based on allotted subscription rights, whereas 3,135 represent oversubscription. Following the transaction Roland will hold 590,475 shares in Nordic Mining ASA, assuming allocation of the oversubscription.
