Norcod AS - Primary insider notification

The following close associates of primary insiders were allocated Offer Shares in the Private Placement completed on 14 March 2023. Artha Norcod VI A/S (close associate of primary insider and Chair Jan Severin Sølbæk) was allocated 5 505 501 Offer Shares and will upon issuance of these shares own 5 505 501 shares in the Company. Sirena Group AS (close associate of primary insider and board member Peter Buhl) was allocated 233 333 Offer Shares and will upon issuance of these shares own 3 356 041 shares in the Company. Isabella Joanna Hahn (spouse of primary insider and COO Kia Zadegan) was allocated 19 111 Offer Shares and will upon issuance of these shares own 19 111 shares in the Company. The required primary insider notification forms are attached to this message.
