Granting of RSUs

Oslo, Norway, 17 April 2023 Zalaris ASA has on 17 April granted 56,756 restricted stock units (RSUs) to corporate and regional management, as part of the Company’s annual bonus program. The RSUs granted are in lieu of cash bonuses. The RSUs vest after 36 months and each RSU corresponds to one share.
