Norske Skog ASA ("Norske Skog", Oslo Børs Ticker: NSKOG) has been notified that the following transaction has been completed today, 27 April 2023, by a primary insider in Norske Skog: Byggma ASA (“Byggma”) has today bought 500,000 shares in Norske Skog for an average price of NOK 46.3858 per share. Byggma is closely associated with Geir Drangsland, Chair and primary insider in Norske Skog. After the purchase, Geir Drangsland owns and/or controls 22,774,079 shares (equal to approximately 24.2%) in Norske Skog ASA. Please refer to the attached notification of trading for further details.
