Mandatory notification of trade - Shares for employees 2023

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice of 10 May 2023 regarding the Shares for Employees program in Orkla 2023. The buying price, and thereby the number of shares aquired by primary insiders, was fixed on the basis of the closing price of the Orkla share on 12 May 2023. The buying price was set at NOK 69,02 per share, including 15% discount. Information about the number of shares acquired by primary insiders, as well as their new holdings, is attached to this message.
