TOMRA: Share purchase program for employees - Mandatory notification of trade

As part of TOMRA's share purchase program for employees, approved by the Annual General Meeting on 27 April 2023, TOMRA has sold 233,438 treasury shares to employees at a price equal to the closing market share price on Friday 12 May, i.e. NOK 170.80. Employees who keep their shares for one year will receive one share per five shares invested. Employees who have previously participated in the share purchase program have today been allotted 52,747 shares. After these transactions TOMRA holds 513,815 treasury shares.
