Transfer of shares to primary insiders in connection with the company's share purchase program

Protector Forsikring ASA has today transferred 49,138 shares to own employees at a price of NOK 162.40 per share in connection with the company's share purchase program. Following the completion of the above transactions, Protector Forsikring ASA owns a total of 59,247 of own shares, corresponding to 0.07% of Protector Forsikring ASA's share capital.
