Oslo, 25 May 2023: Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA (“KCC” or “the Company”) advises that GOM Invest AS, a closely associated party of primary insider and board member Gøran Andreassen, 25 May 2023 purchased 4,300 shares in KCC of NOK 69.4 per share. Neither GOM Invest AS, Gøran Andreassen nor other closely associated parties of Gøran Andreassen own shares in KCC prior to the transaction.
