30 May 2023 BENCHMARK HOLDINGS PLC (THE "COMPANY") PCA Shareholding The Company has been informed that Kverva Finans AS ("Kverva"), who is associated with Torgeir Svae, Non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 7,070,726 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 40 pence per share on 24 May 2023. Following this transaction, Kverva has a total beneficial interest in the Company of 165,215,579 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 22.35 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
