Oslo, Norway, 06 June 2023 Ingar Bergh, Chief Financial Officer of Capsol Technologies AS (previously CO2 Capsol AS), has on 6 June 2023 purchased 14,800 shares in Capsol Technologies AS (CAPSL) at an average price of 13.47 NOK per share. Bergh does not own shares in Capsol Technologies AS prior to the transaction. The shareholding corresponds to 0.028% of the Company's shares.
