Following the transaction, Kapnord AS holds 17 272 728 shares in Gigante Salmon AS, corresponding to an ownership of 16.36%. Gigante Havbruk AS, a company in control of Kjell Lorentsen, board member in Gigante SalmonAS, has sold 10 000 000 shares in Gigante Salmon AS at an average price of NOK 11.5 per share. Following the transaction, Gigante havbruk AS holds 54 238 000 shares in Gigante Salmon AS, corresponding to an ownership of 51.38 %.
