Sikri Group ASA: Grant of RSUs and share options to management

Oslo, 13 June 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Sikri Group ASA (the "Company") on 13 June 2023 regarding the board of directors’ resolution to cancel the previous share option program of the Company (the "2020 Option Program"), and offer as replacement the right to receive share options under a new 2023 restricted share unit plan (the "RSU Program") and to establish a new 3-year share option program for the Company's key employees and management (the "2023 Option Program"). The following primary insiders of the Company have accepted and entered into agreements regarding RSUs under the RSU Program and/or share options under the 2023 Option Program: - Anne Mette Havaas, Director Products and Marketing, has been granted 36,967 RSUs under the RSU Program and 127,443 share options under the 2023 Option Program. - Anny Margrethe Bratterud, HR Director, has been granted 11,663 RSUs under the RSU Program and 127,443 share options under the 2023 Option Program. - Arild Elverum, Director Ambita, has been granted 11,663 RSUs under the RSU Program and 127,443 share options under the 2023 Option Program. - Camilla Aardal, CFO, has been granted 39,422 RSUs under the RSU Program and 216,653 share options under the 2023 Option Program. - Eirik Pedersen, Director Sales, has been granted 40,240 RSUs under the RSU Program and 127,443 share options under the 2023 Option Program. - Erling Olaussen, Director Boligmappa, has been granted 11,663 RSUs under the RSU Program and 127,443 share options under the 2023 Option Program. - Hege Moe Tveit, Director Public, has been granted 11,663 RSUs under the RSU Program and 127,443 share options under the 2023 Option Program. - Per Haakon Lomsdalen, new CEO of the Company (effective from on or about August 2023, or as further to be agreed between the parties), has been granted 127,443 share options under the 2023 Share Option Program. - Jonas Åkerman, Director Metria, has been granted 127,443 share options under the 2023 Share Option Program.
