Notification of acquisition of shares by primary insider

The primary insider, Kristian Siem, who is the Chairman of the Board of Siem Offshore Inc. (SIOFF), is via Siem Industries S.A. ultimate beneficial owner of Siem Sustainable Energy S.a r.l.(SSE). On 16 June 2023, SSE purchased 3,000,000 shares in SIOFF at a nominal share price of NOK 20.75 per share. Following the purchase SSE owns shares equal to 34.86% of the shares issued. This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
